Inspired by the Lisbon Bible the text is written in Three shades of Blue. The blessing of reading the Haftarah which surround the text, are written with gold paint creating a frame in the shape of an arch.
On top between the vines are two white doves symbolizing Peace. Above the text are two flags. One is the flag of the State of Israel and the other is the flag of the City of Jerusalem.
