CHAI - Fantasia Alphabetica # IV

 

The Hebrew Aleph-Bet is gracefully designed to create a unity in which each letter is connected to one or more, in one or more points, thereby emphasizing not only the shapes of the letters but also giving attention to the negative spaces. In the middle of the painting the two letters spelling the word CHAI-Life are in 24k gold leaf.

This artwork was exhibited at "AlphaMark", an international juried exhibition, which travels the world from 1999-2001.

This piece was also chosen to be printed in the AlphaMark 2001-2002 Calendar.
